Daily caps and gradual start
In development
Each mailbox has a daily cap, and new volume rises step by step. Gondero pauses a mailbox on its own when bounce or complaint rates pass a set limit.

Prior consent is required, even for business email.
Country rule check
In development
Gondero starts from draft rules for each country and recipient type. When a case is unclear, the strictest rule applies. Every rule row stays a draft until a lawyer approves it.
İYS check for Türkiye

Before a Türkiye address is contacted, Gondero asks for its İYS registration and checks for refusals. Gondero holds the check and its record.
Footer, suppression and notice

Each email carries the sender details and unsubscribe link the country asks for. A suppression list keeps working. First-email notice templates are provided as drafts.

Steps, delays and branches

A sequence is a vertical list of steps with delays. A branch such as “Replied?” always has an Else row. A live sequence is locked against edits.

A profile describes what you sell and to whom, in English and Turkish. A profile for filling-machine makers is the first example.

An API and MCP access for your own AI client are planned. Access from an AI client will be off until a workspace owner turns it on.

AI-written email drafts are planned. A person approves every draft before it is sent.
What Gondero does not do
- No shared sending domains: every email leaves from your own mailbox.
- No warm-up networks that trade emails between accounts.
- No scraping of LinkedIn or Google Maps.
- No open-tracking pixel unless you turn it on.
- No resale of contact data and no lead database shared between customers.
