What you buy
- Service
- A subscription to the Gondero web panel (business software as a service). Prepaid credit packs may be added; this is not decided yet.
- Who can buy
- Businesses. Sales to individual consumers are not decided yet and will be announced before launch.
- Price and period
- To be announced before launch.
- Payment
- Card payment through PayTR is planned and needs PayTR’s approval of our merchant account first. Card details are never entered on this site.
- Delivery
- Electronic only. The workspace is activated after the payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped. See the delivery page.
- Cancellation
- In the panel, at any time. The proposed rule is that it takes effect at the end of the paid period. This rule is not final.
- Refunds
- The rules are in the cancellation and refund terms, which are a draft. A duplicate or erroneous charge is refunded in full.
- Invoices
- An e-Arşiv invoice by e-mail after payment is confirmed, and e-Fatura where it applies. Invoices are also in the panel.
- Data after cancellation
- The workspace is kept for a grace period so you can export your data. The length is to be announced before launch.
- Sales channel
- Online only. We do not sell by phone.
Questions
How often am I billed? The billing period is announced together with the prices, before launch.
How do I cancel? In the panel; no call or letter is needed. Under the proposed rule, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. The rule is not final.
Can I get a refund? The rules are in the cancellation and refund terms, which are a draft. A duplicate or erroneous charge is refunded in full. The rest is to be announced.
Which invoices do I get? An e-Arşiv invoice by e-mail after payment is confirmed, and e-Fatura where it applies to you. Invoices are also in the panel. The exact setup is still being confirmed.
Which currency, and is KDV included? To be announced with the prices. Each price will say whether KDV, the Turkish VAT, is included.
Can buyers outside Türkiye pay? Billing starts in Türkiye. Card payments from abroad depend on PayTR’s approval and on tax questions we are still settling.
Can I export my data after cancelling? Yes, during a grace period after cancellation. Its length is to be announced before launch.
