How Gondero works
Six steps from describing what you sell to reading replies, and what each one needs from you.
Gondero is in development. Each step below shows its status, and nothing here is live yet.
Describe what you sell
You pick or write a sector profile: what you sell, which industries and roles buy it, and which signals, such as a new plant or a product launch, suggest a company may need you. The profile guides your first emails and your search for contacts. Profiles come in English and Turkish.
What you need A few sentences about your product and your buyers.

Glossary:Connect your own mailbox
You connect a business mailbox on your own domain. Gondero reads the domain’s SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, says in plain words what to fix, and asks for a test message before a campaign can start. Gmail, Microsoft 365 and generic SMTP/IMAP are being built; the final list is announced before launch.
What you need A domain you own, a business mailbox on it, and access to the domain’s DNS settings.

Glossary:Add contacts and say why you may write
You import a CSV file of your own contacts and state the basis you rely on for each list, for example an existing business relationship or legitimate interest. Gondero checks every address against your suppression list. If you are not sure of the basis, the list can be imported but nothing is sent until you settle it.
What you need A CSV file with name, e-mail, company and country, and your reason for contacting each person.

Country rules are applied
For each recipient Gondero looks at the country and the type of address (generic such as info@, a named employee, a sole trader) and applies that country’s rule. For Türkiye it asks for the address’s İYS registration and checks for refusals. When a case is unclear, the strictest rule applies and the email is stopped. This is not legal advice.
What you need For Türkiye, addresses registered in İYS. Registering them stays your duty.

Write the sequence and start slowly
A sequence is a vertical list of steps with delays: a first email, a follow-up a few days later, a LinkedIn message you send yourself. Every branch, such as “Replied?”, has an Else row. Each email carries your sender details and an unsubscribe link. A new mailbox starts with a few emails a day and rises over weeks.
What you need A first email and one or two follow-ups. AI drafts are planned, and a person approves each one.

Read replies in one inbox
Replies return to the mailbox they were sent from and appear in one inbox. Automatic replies, such as out-of-office messages, are shown separately. An unsubscribe is applied to all your campaigns at once. Steps that need you, such as a manual LinkedIn message, wait in a task list.
What you need Someone to read and answer the replies.

Glossary:
What to have ready
- A domain you own, used for business e-mail
- A business mailbox on that domain
- Access to the domain’s DNS settings
- Your contacts as a CSV file
- A few sentences about what you sell and to whom
How long does setup take?
We do not publish a setup time yet: the product is in development and has not been timed with customers.
Two things take calendar time rather than work. DNS changes can take a while to spread, and a new mailbox rises step by step over about three to four weeks.
Why sending starts small
Mailbox providers judge a new sender by its behaviour. A mailbox that suddenly sends hundreds of emails looks like abuse, so providers slow it down or filter it.
Gondero is designed to start a new mailbox at about 5 emails a day (up to 10 for an established one) and raise the volume over roughly three to four weeks. The default cap is 30 a day per mailbox, with a platform ceiling of 50. Your mailbox provider has its own limit, and the lower one applies. These figures may change before launch.
Gondero does not use warm-up networks that trade emails between accounts. It pauses a mailbox on its own when bounces or complaints pass a set limit. No tool can promise that an email reaches the inbox.

- Mass sending from a bought list to people who do not know you
- Sending from shared domains or rented mailboxes
